He represents both employees and employers in employment law matters.

Sheila O’Shea‑Criscione, Esq. has more than 30 years of experience in employment and education law, representing employees, employers, teachers, and students in cases involving civil rights violations, discrimination, hostile work environments, unlawful termination, workplace accommodations, and whistleblower retaliation. She is a qualified R.1:40 mediator, Trustee of the Bergen County Bar Association, Vice President of Women Lawyers in Bergen County, member of the Justice Morris Pashman Inn of Court, a Paramus Rotary member, and an adjunct professor at Montclair State University.
