Christopher Carcich is a co-founder of Carcich O’Shea with over 22 years of legal experience in business, employment, and insurance law. His practice focuses on business litigation, employment contracts, wage and hour disputes, restrictive covenants, partnership and commercial disputes, appellate matters, and mediation and arbitration.

Before pursuing law, Christopher served as a Third Officer in the United States Merchant Marine, sailing for Mobil Oil and Maritime Overseas Corporation. Sheila is a trained and qualified mediator for the Statewide Mediation Program for Civil, General Equity, and Probate Cases, mediating both private and court-appointed disputes. She regularly appears before the New Jersey Superior Court and Municipal Court in northern New Jersey and serves as a Trustee of the Bergen County Bar Association, Vice President of the Women’s Lawyers in Bergen County, and member of the Justice Morris Pashman Inn of Court.
