Carcich O’Shea Partners Selected to the 2025 New Jersey Super Lawyers List

Christopher J. Carcich, Esq. is a business, employment, and insurance law attorney with over 22 years of experience. He represents both employers and employees in complex legal matters involving employment contracts, wage and hour disputes, restrictive covenants, partnership and commercial disputes, discrimination, workplace accommodations, and wrongful termination. He regularly tries cases before the state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York, as well as before various arbitration panels.

Prior to his legal career, Chris served as a Third Officer in the U.S. Merchant Marines and for Mobil Oil and Maritime Overseas Corporation. Both professions provided valuable knowledge and experience, which he regularly applies to his practice. He has been selected to the Super Lawyers list each year since 2017.

Sheila O’Shea-Criscione, Esq. is an employment and education law attorney with over 30 years of experience advocating for employees, employers, teachers, and students’ legal rights. She concentrates her practice on workplace discrimination, unlawful termination, workplace accommodations, and cases involving the Federal and State Medical Leave Acts (FMLA) and the Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA).

Sheila is a trained and qualified R.1:40 mediator for the Statewide Mediation Program for Civil, General Equity, and Probate Cases and mediates both private and court-appointed disputes. She is a Bergen County Bar Association Trustee and Vice President of the Association of Women Lawyers in Bergen County. Sheila is also an adjunct professor at Montclair State University. She was selected to the Super Lawyers list from 2019 to 2022 and again in 2025.
